  • Power roller conveyor can be mounted at table height (down racking system) or upper tier above table deck (upracking system)
  • Roller racking stations provided for EZ rack transfer at sorting/scrapping station
  • Power roller drive unit can be installed as End-Drive located at load end or “Underslung Drive” located at unload end (below rollers)
  • All stainless steel roller construction
  • Can be supplied as a standalone unit or in combination with different conveyor models for an integrated custom soiledware handling system
TheBi-Line EZ Rack utilizes stainless steel rollers interlinked by a stainless steel chain in a daisy loop design. The EZ rack automatically loads racks into the dishmachine created better speed and efficiency in the dishroom. The controls are located in a NEMA 4 rated control panel.
